Beaver Crest II – 2 and 4 Lot Short Plat

Description: This project consisted of preparing both preliminary and final short plat maps for this 6 lot residential project. As part of preparing the required maps, deed research was completed, easement documents were created, boundary and topographic information was formulated from the field, construction staking was performed, and as-built surveying was conducted.  Using cutting edge technologies in the office and GPS equipment in the field, our survey team was able to minimize time in the field and complete the project in a timely manner.

Belfair Wastewater & Water Reclamation Facilities

Jurisdiction: Mason County
Client: CH2M Hill
Description: American Surveying & Environmental L.L.C provided nearly 3 miles of accurate topographic mapping for a section of State Route 3 and US Navy Railroad Right-of Way for the design, development, and construction of a proposed Wastewater System and Treatment Plant. Our tasks included researching historical GLO records from the Bureau of Land Management, researching and coordinating with the Washington State Department of Transportation for State highway Right-of-Way location, coordinating with the United States Navy for easement document preparation, and preparation of parcel acquisition legal descriptions and legal descriptions for access and construction. Using our knowledgeable field and office teams and GPS positioning technologies, gave American Surveying & Environmental L.L.C the ability to meet time constraints, and coordinate with several agencies for information in order to get accurate information to the client.

Jurisdiction: City of Bonney Lake
Client: Tarragon L.L.C.
Description: American Surveying & Environmental L.L.C performed several key survey elements while this 7.7 acre parcel was being developed into 4 multi-commercial retail buildings. The main components of our contract included, deed and property research, full boundary and topographic mapping, civil engineering support and several different contractors, construction staking, as-built survey document preparation, and the preparation of final easement documents for water and sanitary sewer for the City's review and approval. Because of our committed field crew being able to coordinate with the civil engineer and also make accurate field decisions using their experience, and state of the art technology, construction was never behind schedule.
